Rabi Oscillation

Rabi Oscillation renders the coherent oscillation of atomic states under periodic driving. In quantum mechanics, such oscillations describe how an atom’s population alternates between discrete energy levels when interacting with an external electromagnetic field.

While the classical Rabi model involves two states—this work extends the phenomenon into a three-state system. The result is a rhythmic interference pattern resembling a living orbital.

Simulated through real-time GPU computation, the oscillation manifests as a luminous structure of motion and phase—an abstract choreography of quantum coherence made visible.
